What is Padaura?

Padaura is changing the way that consumers shop for furniture – our aim is to feature every piece of furniture, from every furniture website, together on one website – making finding that perfect piece of furniture a doddle.  Get started now by either choosing a room or product or just searching in the search bar at the top of the page.

How does the wishlist work?

When browsing our furniture  website, you’ll notice a small heart icon at the top right of every product – if you click this heart it will add the item to your “wishlist”.  You can view all of the items on your wishlist at any time by clicking “Wishlist” at the top right of the page and, if you sign up for an account, your wishlist will be saved for the next time you visit.

But that’s not all – we’ll monitor the price of the items on your wishlist and drop you an email if that price drops, so you don’t have to come back to check the January sales etc, we’ll tell you when the price drops!

I have a question about my order/return/exchange

Padaura connects furniture buyers with furniture retailers – we don’t take any orders or process any returns or customer service requests.  You should contact the retailer directly for those things.  If you’re unsure of who that is then one way to find the retailer is to find the item again on our website and click through to the retailer again, then check your email inbox for emails from that retailer.

Why is the price on Padaura different to the price at the retailer?

We’re not perfect, and keeping on top of hundreds of thousands of product prices from all of the UKs furniture retailers can be a challenge, so occasionally you may find a different price when you click through. 

This will become better over time and we hope one day to be able to update prices daily, or even as soon as they change, but in the mean time please bear with us.  For these reasons we cannot warrant that the price you’ll pay at the retailer will be the price that you’ve seen here – but hopefully when that price does differ it will be lower!

Do I need to create an account?

No, Padaura.com doesn’t require account to browse our great offerings.

How do I delete my account/data?

We’re working on adding that functionality but in the meantime, if you want us to delete your account then please let us know here.
